Don't we all have them. You know, if we took time before reacting with our crazy wild emotions, the world would be a much more peaceful place to live in.
Sometimes, when someone/something pisses you off, you tend to say something so harsh.
So it's really important to take time, breathe, get summore oxygen flowing into the brain, then decide what you really want to say.
It's really that simple.
Too bad we don't always do that ... sigh
So, what could help to control our terrible tempers is probably yoga and some meditation...
