bad dayyyy

Today, My PMS reached it's peak in all history (yes, I keep a record)

I woke up, the first thing I uttered was *uck, slammed doors while looking for something. It was so ugly.

I don't know what's worse, being angry or knowing that you were behaving in such an ugly fashion and still continue with it.

At work, I knew I couldn't behave the same way, but I did avoid speaking to my colleagues. In fact one even knew I was in a bad bad mood.

Even when I was called upon by my boss, I acted all normal (but in my head, omg, it was w.a.r)

What fascinates/dissapoints me, is that, if the same thing were to happen at home, if my mom/dad or sis were to call me, I would have snapped.

Without stopping for a second to think, I would have definitely snapped.

Why is it that with people who care and love you, you treat like rubbish, but people who don't matter that much, you treat like there's no tmw.

Ok, not people you don't care about, but friends.

I don't think I would snap at my friends. If I were angry, I'd probably just avoid the call and communicate again once i'm feeling up.

I snapped at my sister today, ( she texted/emailed/and even called!) and finally I snapped.

Don't worry, I apologised. Sorry really makes the world a better place (but do mean it yo! don't just say it)

It's really mind boggling that as we get closer to a person, you feel you have every right to treat them like rubbish.

That is very wrong, and I will take the conscious effort to make that change.
Everybody deserves to be treated with respect, think for a second how you'd like to be treated and treat them like wise.
I hope I can, and I hope you will too (if you behave like me that is...)

Good Night!

Farewell? Oh wait, the clouds aren't cleared yet

My Sister was recently awarded a scholarship to do her pHd inUK.
She currently owns a learning centre, and teaches and guides students from Internal schools for their O levels and also A'Levels.

I go there some times to help her manage the place for her. The nice sister that I am. (where can we get more of these?!?!)

Last Sunday, the children at the centre wanted to plan a surprise
farewell for my sister, and I helped them, of course.

I did more than just eat ok!

By the time I got there, the kids had already come and were blowing balloons and putting them all over.I blew some balloons too! and omg it kept reminding me how unfit i was, struggling to blow a balloon :S
I think I blew half a dozen and gave up! I proceeded to prioritize!

We arranged all the food on the table, oh there was a cake too!

We found out she was coming, and dashed to the door, in the dark, we told our friend to bring her in. So we waited on the other side of the door, with a lit candle on the cake.

waited...

waited...

Candle melting!

We had no idea wheneither of them were coming too! Such a joke it was!And finally! after re-lighting the candle 3 times ;

Yay! Mission accomplished! She got surprised!

After a 'short' photo session with all her beloved children, we attacked the food.

Since most of the kids who had come were koreans, there were some korean dishes! Slurrppppp

Kimbap (seaweed rolls), kimchi pancakes and some rice cakes.

Everybody had fun, this is a pic with my very dear sister (us, being cute) and the mastermind behind the whole surprise. ( I really did try to help)

Another thing, my sisterl has been invited by all our family members and friends, dinner after dinner, to bid their goodbyes...

She still hasn't left.

I really am skeptical now....

Meanwhile, I'll just enjoy the food.

PS: There's another on this Thursday! Muahahahh

off to bed now!

KL!

Kuala Lumpur is an awesome city! you've got everything in it! New, old, rich, poor. Not to forget alll the eateries tooo!

Today, during our lunch break, my colleague asked me to accompany her to buy material for a baju kurung. We headed to the 'old' KL city. what used to be the heart of the city in the 1960's probably.

That's both my colleagues figuring out which shop to go to. We were spoilt for choices I tell you!

It was near Petaling Street. I am yet to go in, but hey, I was out side! The place we went to, well I'm sure you know by now, I am yet to answer that question! hahaha it was near Jalan Tun H.S. Lee.

That's where Reggae bar is too!

It's also near the Pudu Raya station that's currently under going renovation.

We finally settled for

The shop was neat, not cluttred. It had been established in the 1950's and the sales men there, gosh! They definitely know how to sell! My colleague came out with 2 very expensive materials! Rather than the ONE piece of cloth she needed!

Even she was going crazy deciding what to chose!

But some how, she managed to chose one type, but of course she got distracted by the other materials and bought a second piece! for the 'rainy day'. Women I tell you. So easily distracted by clothes and what not...

I loved this material the most! at first glance it looks like trees, but it's actually BIRDS! and leaves!

Now how cool is that?!?!

This was definitely a fun city experience!

Oh on the way back to work, we stopped to eat.

And whoa!

We found this narrrow lane and look at how every body's eating! Like in a canteen! and the Lady used her b.a.r.e hands to serve the chicken :S

But then again, I heard the food was yummeh... oh well.

PS: the place is never empty! (day times at least...)

Food-me-not

Long time ago, I came across my friends blog where he referred to his body as a temple!

And it made me realise how little I care for my body, and how wrong that is!

At the start of this week, I told my self, for this week, I'll experiment on a my body's a temple lifestyle.

I stayed away from shisha-ing, I wasn't eating oily food, fresh things basically, until....

Last night, my friend was craving waffles, and I picked her up to get some, during which, i ended up having waffles my self!

Peanut Butter and Chocolate! Slurp!
Grrr! Luckily I had run 3km before that! (so that's kinda okay kan?)

A couple of hours ago, I was walking around with my colleague during lunch, playing with my neck thingy that holds my access cards, I found out I had lost my precious key chain!

And it's not like I'd be able to find it, cos I walk around a LOT of places, and it could be anywhere from my house, 3 LRT stations, My sister's office, my gym, my work place, the list is endless!! Gahhhhh

Not to mention I had so many e-mails that needed my respnse! @!#$%

So, how did I deal with this stress??

Just like how any other rational person would,

Oops! I couldn't wait! I made Milo Paste, and ate biscuits with them.

Slurp! I love Milo!

It's delish!

But after finishing it, I felt so happy again, and that's when the guilt hit me! grr

Why do we have to have a conscience!

So I guess I'll have to head to the gym extra long tonight and get rid of that Milo. Bad Bad bad.

More than 50% of Malaysians are obese, and this certainly isn't a number we should be proud of.

Fun Fact: 'happy hormones' called Endorphins are released during exercise, the same ones released when you have sex ;)

So,

I must admit, I feel verry happy after exercise! and I enjoy it! I hope you too, will get of ur butt and exercise!

Be fit! your body is more important than anything else! If you don't have your body, you can't do so many things in life.

And you wouldn't wanna be left out now would ya!

I think I'm gonna hit some golf balls after gym!

and live in they gym this weekend :S since I got no where else to be/go :(

S.t.u.d.y!

This post is meant especially for Nabil Fiqry. (Ladies, he's a handsommme young fella, contact me if you're interested)

So, it's that time of the year, where most of my close friends are cramming for their exams!

Having spoken to one friend in the afternoon, she told me she was busy studying and refused to video call with me. Hmph! But I understand, she had to study and that was definitely more important that my ulterior motive of calling her ;)

So this is especially for my friends,

When studying,Stay away from the internet. your research on a particular topic, may end up here.

When I was in university, that always happened to me!

So I would go to a corner where I knew there would be no WIFI.

As for journals, well as much as I'd like to save paper, I would like to get better grades as well. So print out your journals, and read em.And if you're all out for saving the environment, print 2 pages on each side in a double sided printing preference.

Be sure to not
This usually happens when I'm wondering what I'm gonna have for dinner, or what are my friends up to, basically mundane unimportant things.

For this short period, (study period) ignore everything for that short time you set aside to study and focus on one thing, i.e. the journal!

Also, if the topic you're studying involves reading, reading in a group may help, especially when the journals are all words and no pictures! Reading in a group may or may not useful. Useful in the way that if you are unable to grasp a point, you can seek explanation from your study mates.
Not useful in a way that instead of explaining the notes, you may end up

Gossiping! the worst of em all! However with the right mind and positive attitude, this can be avoided!
Yay!

When I was in Uni, I found studying in groups very effective. However we did it in sessions. First, we'd decide on which journals to read, and we'd read them in our own comfort zone separately.

After, we'd get together and discuss the points we had read. This helped us remember our arguments better!

Also, the most important thing when studying is knowing what to study!

Instead of studying all the topics, chose topics that have been frequently asked in the past years, topics that were stressed in class.

This may not be the best way of studying, cos when you leave uni, you're supposed to know everything,

but for some of us who like procrastinating *ahem* make sure you study important topics first!

I have to go now, hope my two cents worth of advice is helpful!

And to all my friends, Good luck! Promise not to disturb y'all!

<3

and to those who might be sick!

Get well soon!

PS: If this is your final exam, enjoy the time spent studying to the max! Working life is a LOT more taxing!
